LOL like the heading?

i have to start getting my ass back into blogging more often! so much things have happened but i'm gonna put that in another post. today, im just gonna keep it light, and show you guys what i've done to help me pick out my polishes better instead of being that usual indecisive me. LOL

So here's what i got at Daiso in San Fran

They're basically just plastic nails connected to the center rod. Flimsy, but perfect for what i use them for.

Sooo....this is what i use them for, hahahaha...paint them and then w/e colors i think i wanna do, i just place them over my nails like so....

and if it's what my little heart desires, then i take out the bottle and paint it on. yea watch the video, it explains it all ROFL

Hey guys, my birthday is not in 2 months but...babes got me something early!!! ♥

I saw this at a little boutique near my job and i told my bf about it and he bought it and couldn't keep it from me LOLL I WAS SOOO EXCITED!!! i wanted this piece because it matched the dress i bought for my birthday!!! It's a bold statement necklace so it needs something simple to match wtih it! it's so elegant and antique looking...so unique yet classic...i looooove it!!!

So here's the necklace, isn't it pretty ;D

I love the silouette of the girl...it's so elegant and gives it a nice regal feeling ♥

Sooo, this is my dress in the fitting room...yea sorry about the coral bra...didn't expect to go to the mall that day haha ;D yea this is at Joyce Leslie and the dress was only $22.00 AND I LOOOOVE ITT!!!! makes me look so skinny LOLLL i thought the necklace would match the simple elegance of the lace caplet sleeves...

Oh and i lost so much weight!!! this dress is in a size medium and i haven't been able to fit into mediums since like 9th or 10th grade!!! i'm in my fourth year of college now!!! i used to be classified by my doctor as obese...LOL yea i was that bad...and now i'm just overweight going closer and closer to the normal range!! i'm so happy and excited!! ♥ ♥ ♥

Tummy fat is soo hard to get rid off...sighhh i hate cardio but have to do it to melt those stubborn lipids!!

Upclose of the lacey caplet sleeves...it actually runs around my back and to the other shoulder...it's so elegant... ♥

What do you guys think? matchy matchy or no? i really like the dress and the necklace and one of these days when i can, i'll take a pic of both of them on... let me know =]

Hey ladies, I wanted to review something that I've been using for the past few months and it is definitely my favorite!!!

You guys probably know this already but it's Smith's Rosebud Salve!!

I've already hit pan on it, and I've had it for the past 3 months!

This is by far my favorite lip quencher. When my lips or even my skin is dry, i reach for this and in five minutes, it's smooth and kissable! it's amazing and i know everyone swears by carmex (i dont like the smell) but i loveeee this!! I think it smells like roses and the texture is kinda like Vaseline. Basically I've tried chapsticks, softlips, fresh's $22 lip treatment, and carmexes and this is my absolute favorite. I've even jumped on the bandwagon and bought an EOS lip balm but i hate it. It just sits on top of my lips and does nothing to soften my lips! it's cute but i will not repurchase! the salve is different...it is quickly absorbed and softens almost immediately!! I've already finished one, almost done with this one and i got a backup...LOL yes i have become obsessed with this!!

For $6 at sephora, it's actually a good deal since it would last you a long time!!

With the EOS, it smells great, but it just sits on top of my lips. i hate that feeling so i end up wiping it away...the packaging is too cute...but i will definitely not repurchase. i know alot of girls really like this product but it does nothing for me...LOL

Hey guys these last few weeks were a blur...last week was spring break and the week before that was midterms week so i've been running around hectic =] but it's almost all over! yay just about of month of school left and it's summer vacation!!! yay ;D♥

sooo...here's an update of what i look like haha ;D

Everything here is what you see...i especially love the Revlon Makeup Eraser Pen b/c i make so many mistakes all the time so this is a giant help for me...i bought one as a backup ;D last one that they had!!

Sidetracking, My BF baked me some BOMB ASS cookies! white chocolate chunk! dipped in pink chocolate!!! omigosh can he cook ;D

So here's us about 4 years or 5 years ago...

Our Story:
We actually met in Junior High School when we were like 10? LOL and the weird thing was i had a huge crush on him...and so we "dated" for about three years...and yes that meant really nothing since we were so young...but he did take my first kiss...and hug...and he was the first boy i "fell in loveish" with LOL but, after 8th grade, he moved to Colorado, and we lost touch for about three years...and when i turned 17[end of junior year in high school], he came back to nyc for the summer...we started talking again and he asked me out again...so we decided to have a long distance relationship and it worked out...it's been almost 5 years and we haven't regretted a single thing. He's the most sweetest, understanding, caring person I've ever met. He's always there to support me and hear me out when i have something to say. We rarely have anything to argue about. my friend told me that if a couple doesn't have arguments, they aren't normal since they are bottling up everything inside. but the truth is, we just enjoy each other's company and don't feel like there's anything we gotta argue about...so we dont. He was my first true love and hopefully my last. He's always there physically and emotionally. Babes, you mean the world to me. I love you ♥

i've always believed in soulmates but i didn't know i would find mine so soon...we actually met by chance and if it wasn't for something that happened in his family when he graduated from elementary school, he wouldn't have moved to NYC from rhode island and i wouldn't have ever met him. I'm grateful to have him in my life becuase he has shown me so much more meaning and depth to this crazy thing we call life. Thanks bebs. i truly to do love you with all my heart. ♥

Mac and Nail Haul ;D And Free polishes!!

Only got four things from Liberty of London and Mac collection...to be honest, i really only liked two things but i bought four because i am a sucker for limited edition packaging. seriously makeup diet here i come.

I got these four things, plus one from the Too Fabulous collection.

Sun & Moon from the Too Fab collection...I LOVEEE THIS SO MUCH!!! i've always loved mineralized duo blushes and this is such a neutral pinkie shade....the middle color is the mixed of the two...it's so flattering. i really gotta stop buying min blushes in neutral tannish colors LOL

Two Lippies, Blooming Lovely and Ever Hip

One beauty Powder, Shell Pearl I love this, it's like a very natural looking illuminator/highlighter for your face ;D so pretty!!

One Blush, Prim&Proper I loveee this because i only seem to old tanish and pinkish blushes and this is the perfect nude blush for me...it gives me that natural after a brisk walk color on my cheeks ;D

Nail Haul!!! i really didn't need more polishes...but i wanted some new ones..hehehe ;D

When you go to Macys and you try on a b.tempt'd bra, you get a free nail polish! since i have connections at Macy's Herald Square, I got both of them for free ;D yay!!! these were the two colors that they gave out and i loveee the purple one! i really wanted Grape Pop by China Glaze, but i crossed it out in favor of Atlantis up there..so I'm really glad i got this purple one for me ;D Thorned rose is a really pretty dark red with a blue undertone color...i love both of them especially since they were free!!! I've never tried Orly's before so now i am excited to do so!!!

The goodies ;D i went a little lip crazy because i fell in love while i was swatching...and i really didn't own much MAC lippies...so this was my excuse to get some!

This blush is sooo flattering! especially on me because i am so medium toned...this is sort of a cross between a soft baby pink and nude...but it's soooo pretty...i'm so in love!! haha ;x Dainty is not part of the collection i know...but i loved it nonetheless C=

This is the Azalea Blossom...i wanted ripe peach...but they were out and this was the last AB that they had...so i snatched it up ♥

Oh look at all those lippie goodies! omigosh i went a little crazy i agree...but love is love right? i work hard enough for me to splurge once in a while!

My babies ;D seriously though, i need to use them all up for B2M!! Their names are in the next one, in the same order as the swatches!

Beigeland -I really was iffy about this shade...but it seemed to work nice with gloss, not by itself. I thought i would be a shiny nude but it tends to lean a little on the bronzy side....
Pink Burst - HOT ASS PINK! with high silver micro shimmers!!! reminds me of my favorite lipstick (of course Girl About Town ;x) but GAT is amplified which is a much more pronounced color and not an everyday(unless you dare ;s) and yet pink burst is more subtle...haha if beigeland and GAT had a baby, it would be pink burst!! i still love my baby GAT because of the intense color! gives a pop to any look!
Victorian - Very creamy pink with fine gold microshimmers...i love this to pieces! it's so unexpected and it works so well on my medium skin tone!
Fresh Salmon - Just what it sounds like. A RAW salmon color with golden microshimmers...also works wonders with my skin! For the record, I'm just a little bit darker than NC40. I wear YSL #2 foundation so...yea kinda darker than much chinese girls i know haha ;x I use this lippie OFTEN because it's such a nice dark coral color...makes me happy C=
Colour Me Coral - also what the name is..it's such a pretty coral color! my MUA swatched it on my hand and i was like give me a tube of that STAT! i really really wanted a coral color and this was perfect! (i DO NOT use tester lipsticks on my lips. it makes me cringe)
Lady Gaga - yea...i heard everyone raving about this so i jumped on the bandwagon...LOL it's like a less bright Saint Germain which i also love so i ended up loving this! i put a darker pink lipgloss over this and it's the perfect combo!
Cha Cha Lipglass - ligher pink and my MUA said it would look best layered over all of the lippies i bought...AND SHE WAS FRIGGIN RIGHT!! haha ;x i loveee how it looks on me! used alone, it's kinda nude and gives your lips a slight shimmer but with lipsticks, BAM! it's awesome!
Hush, Hush Rose Lipglass - wow, i had to say i didnt want to give this one up! sooo pigmented and it could be used alone! i use it over a super bright lippie like saint germain and it gives it that perfect notch which makes it perfect for everyday wear...i love this so much because it's the perfect hot pink lipgloss...mmmmmm

haha i was doing the comparisons while looking at the swatches on my arm while comparing it with swatches of the lippies that i already own...haha all my other mac lippies were either too bright or too popping out so i needed some new mac lippies that i could wear everyday!

Hey girls ;D I've been going hair accessories crazy after my haircut! I got these awesome things without spending more than 4 bucks on a single item! I've always been a fan of forever21's accessories and i just love everything they come out with cus they're cute and cheap!

I've been getting really into bow clips...i've been into headbands for a while now...and those are so cute! just $1.50 each!

Mac Mega Haul ;D

Hey guys ♥

We were bored on Monday since there was no school so the bf drove me, sis and sis's friend down to Jersey Shores Premium Outlets...and i was never more disappointed when i go to outlets...there was almost nothing there, and we were done in about 3 hours (i usually take the whole day at Jersey Gardens) Well, there was something good there which was the CCO ♥ I was so happy =] haha the majority of my time spent at JSPO was at CCO ;D haha i love Mac on bargains so this is my Mega Haul ;D

The blacked out areas is for a friend =] i dont want her to know what i got her so i will show the pic in the future...LOl i also got Claire's pastel nailpolishes that i've been forever trying to find...sighhh and Tommy Girl, one of my ultimate FAV perfumes...cus it smells like lychees in the summer...i wish it was summer...so sick of the snow...plus my car is a low lying sports car...so the snow/ice scratches the bottom...sighhh

I also got the Heatherette from Krystal but i forgot about it and got another one...LOL so it would be going to my sister ;D the one next to it is Perfect Topping

I love love love the MSF i got so i got another one...in Perfect Topping...both can be perfect highlighters ;D

Sugarsweet - Refined, Perfect Topping

Next to each other, you could see that Perfect Topping has a slight lavendar tint to it while Refined is more pinkish nude...and they both give me that really dewy glow since my skin is really really dull...

Neo Sci Fi - Spaced out
I have to say i fell in love with it the moment i saw it...LOL it's so pretty...it has a peachy base with micro pink shimmers...very very flattering ;D

Red She Said - Stark Naked
I skipped this collection but now i regret it!!! i got this b/c of it's rasberry pink undertone and the gorgeous gold micro shimmers...it's really really flattering!

I loveeeed my Grand Duo mineralize Blushes b/c they were so gorgeous on my medium tone skin so i got two more ;D

Color Craft - Cheek&Cheerful

Swatches ;D i loooove these! Warm soul is like a more pinkish nude while C&C has more of a golden undertone which is perfect for us asian ladies ;D haha both give major flattering micro shimmers...and i usually put this on first, then top it off with my MSF to make it appear more natural ♥

I heard really really good reviews of how great Dangerzone is so i had to get it to try out myself...can't say i LOVE it but...it's nice...the black and silver is really wearable..but i dunno about the red...hahaha looks like someone needs more sleep if they wear the red all over the lid eh? The BBB was actually picked by the MUA b/c i wanted a blue pigment...and it was gorgeous! it's not as pale as baby blue and not as harsh as navy blue...it's the perfect shade in between ;]

Metal-X - Metalblu
I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS!!!! it's almost a chrome finish on the lids especially if applied wet like my finger there C= and it just pops out!! it's so pretty and wearable!

Great Idea for a Vday hint ;D

LOL hey ladies, i was wondering what i could do with my China Glaze For Audrey...so i did tips with a little wrapped hint for you special someone just a couple of days before Valentine's Day ;D LOL i freehanded all of these ;d

White tips with Sally Hansen French White Tip polish and i made a little "present" on my ring finger...those of you with sig others, don't forget to ask what that finger looks like to them hehe ;x

I got my tiffany ring 3 years ago from the sweetest boyfriend in the world. ;D i kept the little pouch ;x the Tiffany blue color is amazing for the CG polish....It matches better than any other that i've tried...goes on very smoothly and it only took 2 coats ;D

I went to the Dollar store and picked up 3 Jordana polishes...you guys know i love Jordana...cus they're very pigmented and they only cost $1...I got Pink Pearl, Red of Hearts, and Pink Hearts....those are the perfect Valentine's Day colors!

The Jordana Pink Hearts is a perfect dupe for Maybelline's Sweet Valentine. I got my maybelline for around 4-5 bucks...and though the Jordana doesn't have as much hearts, it's good enough at that price...i love them both ;d

I wanted to say Happy 1 year to my blog and my blog readers. I love reading the comments and everything that you ladies leave for me. It keeps me going and posting...thank you guys.

New Year, New Hair!! Plus, Swap and sis package ;D

Hey ladies! I got my hair cut short and colored ;D haha i needed a change...had jet black and long for a while and i wanted something different for the new year

View from the back...oh yea guys, i lost a whopping 30 POUNDS! haha it was hard but...i did it! not at my goal yet...but i will reach it hopefully LOL

New Hair!!! It's like Reddish Honey....my hair is actually really really hard to get the dye on...it took the lady like 2 hours just to give it a little color! she used the lightest color and strongest dye which was like light blond to get my hair to this color! NO foundation here...so you see my breakouts from PMSing...LOL

With flash, you see how red it was...but i love the side bangs she gave me! plus i did an oil treatment so it looks so shiny and healthy ;D

VDay Nails, Coach, MAC, and ICING

Haven't posted much lately, school is starting tomorrow...not excited about that BLEHHHH...LOL but...here's my nails all ready for Valentine's Day ;D I used Jordana ($1) Pink pearl and nail art polishes in gold and white to get this look.

Very simple and easy small strokes ;] anyone can do this...really!

I really really wanted to get the Coach cosmetics but I waited too long and when I went to the Coach Outlet and found these on sale...i almost jumped for joy! i was bummed when the SA told me that there were 5 different shades around christmas but they sold out like crazy...sighhh

i got two lipglosses($10each, both peony, one for backup) and one shimmering powder($20) that i swatched at the store and fell in love with.

The packaging is amazing...i've always loved their signature C look...hate the new one that they came up with though...LOL

Color is amazing....Peachy Coral with small Gold reflects...

This is a size comparison between MAC's Preciousness and Coach's Peony =] Same weight size but Coach's is slightly larger ;D if they had more shades, i would've nabbed them all!!

I got three things! one Mineralize blush, one MSF, and a studio fix(which i hate cus the MUA was wrong[again] about my skincolor and she gave me C6 which is too dark on me)

MinBlush in GENTLE!!! i saw this on display, swatched it and fell in love with it so i bought it! it looks really pink but it gives just the right amount of *just pinched* color on your cheeks!

w/o flash you can see the gold undertone which is very faint since it has small silver reflects ;d

MSF in Refined - I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! it gives the perfect amount of glow to my face! new fav MSF!

I got this at the same place i got those amazing brushes ;D ICING! it was on clearance for $2.25.
I really really wanted My Private Jet Holo by OPI but i couldn't find it anywhere. When i saw this glittering in the bin, at first i thought it was the OPI but then it turns out to be Icing's own brand! it's a great dupe for MPJ since it's black with rainbow holos! it doesn't have as much holo's as MPJ though...i love this one especially for the price! but my search for MPJ shall continue!

The Boyfriend surprised me with a *Just Because* gift ♥ he knew that the camera he got me 3 years ago stopped working and i really really needed another one since my camera is my life and i loveee taking pics of everything and anything...so when it died, a part of me died with it! yea i know, so melodramatic but it's true since i almost always had my camera on me! I've been using my Sis's camera for about 2 weeks now and so he decided to get me another one! I always loved Sony's digicams and he got it....for no reason =] yea i know...*gushhhh ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥*

I've been doing too many hauls haha yet i still have more to post ;D but, here's a review of my all time favorite face brushes...

ICING BRUSHES!!!!
They are uber affordable and they LAST FOREVER! For under $20, you get 4 high quality brushes since they are almost always buy 1 get 1 half off...

The quality is amazing...they're even better than some of the sephora brushes i've tried....these are wayyy softer and feels better on my skin...i dont like how some brushes leave you kinda scratched up...these are truly amazing

It's thick and full unlike some brushes i got from Clinique, which were thin, flimsy, and not soft at all...for $6.50 a pop, i stocked up...haha ;D

The handle is long and feels very comfortable to hold, i use mine for everything from powders to blushes...i loveeee these brushes! they are simply the most amazing deal yet noone seems to talk about them!

With my new found sheet mask love, I ventured out to Little Chinatown right here in Brooklyn and found this little store selling these My Beauty Diary Masks ;D LIMITED EDITIONS ARE MY FAVORITE!!

This special pack was what i was looking for...i wanted to try this brand after hearing rave reviews and it came with one of some of their basic sheet masks...
Aloe, Bulgarian White Rose, Red Vine, Black Pearl, Pearl Powder, Strawberry Yogurt, and Japanese Cherry Blossom =] yay! They smell divine C=

I also picked up these Bihada Masks in Sara(pink), Triple Moist(Yellow with 2 girls), Rumiko(Beige), and Saki(Periwinkle). I've never tried these but they were highly recommended ^^

Onto tidbits of my personal life, i miss my boyfriend terribly. He went back to SoCal to visit his mom for a week. Haha yet i miss him so much...i wonder how san fran is right now? Boots from Walmart...got this near my job in Jersey since they DONT HAVE WALMART IN NYC!!! sighhh but these were only $25 and they are sooo comfy like stepping on clouds ;D haha maybe a little exagerating but...yea...hahaha ;x

Loreal Sample Sale Haulage ;D

Yes, another haul LOL...lately i have been so stressed with work and school...so i spent the first day of the sale studying for my last final on thursday =] after all that studying, i was sooo excited to do some more wallet damage sooo...i went to the sale after my finance final on thursday =] i was not the least impressed...there were sooo much people there...and all the women were rude...sighhh w/e it's nyc and it's full of estrogen so what did i expect? i only went for one brand...YSL. oh btw...the crappy quality is b/c i was using my camera for some sneaky pics haha...and plus my regular camera broke..yea it wont take pics...bummed =[

Ever since i bought some from Lindah, I'VE LOVED IT!

Onto the HAULAGE ;d i bought 95% YSL since that was why i went anyway...they didnt have a big selection...i'm bummed cus Mona from Make Me Blushh went today and she found more YSL stuff...but i have to work for 11 hours each day for the whole weekend so i will not have time to go back. Bummed. i wanted more...like those wonderful eyeshadow palettes she found =[

bought me two of these eyeshadow palettes...LOL they were just so cheap...and good quality ;D

Foundation in #2...it matched really well with my skin tone so i bought two...haha it's selling for $54 on their website but i bought both for $10 each...i went up to the lady and she said it was only ten bucks so i said NO WAY LEMME GRAB ONE MORE FOR BACKUP!!

Nail Polish....really really pretty dark dark blue color ;D

got an eye pencil and it came with a sharpener...LOVE THAT! and a nude colored gloss...i love how it has a brush attached cus thats my favorite way of applying any gloss...i hate the doe foot. LOL

My purchase from Lindah's blogsale ;D after trying these products, i was hooked! you got me addicted girl!!

She kept it new and she didnt use it very much but i was curious so i swiped a finger over the glittery YSL and yes...it came off...so i cursed...and said what a dumbass i was -.-' idiot. LOL but i loveeee it!!!! Move over dior, YSL you are my new favorite!!

i left my dior eyeshadow sample that my MUA got me a while back...and it got smashed to smithereens. i'm very very upset...sighhh it is $35 on sephora...sighhhhhhh that i got for free....sighhhhhhhhhhh and i smashed it to smithereens.....sighhhhhhh......my ultimate favorite eyeshadow...sighhhhhhhhh i guess time to get a new one? you cannot even use the white shimmer anymore since it's covered with smashed black shadow...sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

WARNING: SUPER LONG POST!!

Hey ladiesss =] went a little crazy at MAC but i should right? since i've been through so much shit lately haha i let myself get w/e i wanted...sighhh ;D hurt my wallet but it healed the heart a little ;9

The Purchase =]

First, MAC damage...yes that's my pink hearts PJ and my pink snowflakes booties...LOL can you tell i love pink? haha i went into MAC knowing what i wanted but bought more than i anticipated...LOL

First thing was the Naughty Noir holiday eye set...i love the cute little baggie although i would've prefered it in pink...haha but i got it anyways cus i really wanted to try the gel liner...never had one before...also wanted to try their mascara so...this was a good package deal...LOL

yay i got one more pigment! it's the same one as the cool capers one...called "Shimmer Time" sighh i was hoping for another one but it's the same...LOL

From the Baroque Boudior i got "Preciousness" which is currently sold out on MACcosmetics.com...I LOVED IT THE MOMENT I LAYED MY GREEDY EYES ON IT! i wanted Prive but they were sold out of that one at the store...so i got my grubby hands on this lipgloss...the packaging is simply AMAZING! it's so unique and pretty with the frosty overlay...sighhh...LOL

I really didn't want to pay $22 for a lipgloss or a lipstick but the packaging was just so unique and captivating...plus the color is immensely amazing...it's light pink with light lavendar shimmers...i cannot explain it it's simply that amazing...once i saw the unique color, i had to have it...even though $22 is alot for just lipgloss...but...i fell in deep deep loveee haha ;9

i also fell in love with this eyeshadow from their Style Black collection called "Cinderfella"...its also sold out on the website...but i lovee how it's mineralized and it gives a really amazing shimmer...

Tried it in the store and i couldn't walk away from it...LOL its so pretty...dark black with an overlay of silver shimmers....i lovee it cus it's so pigmented and only one swipe and i could cover my entire lid...LOVEEEE =]

I only got one pigment set...i got "Cool Capers" and i loveee the pink colors...i also love the teal...so cute it's called deep blue green and it's the perfect color...reminds me of a mermaid...LOL

my favorite eyeshadow set of all time....mmm i love you! this was my second dior eyeshadow set and it was sold out all summer and now sephora has it in stock again on their website =] and believe me these are the best shadows ever...my MAC shadows sometimes gets rough and bumpy and doesn't cling to my brush right sometimes...yet dior never does that to me...they are the best!

The real reason i went to VS...to get the heidi klum collection for VS makeup...the packaging is amazing and you guys know i'm a sucker for cute packaging...

these are surprisingly not that pigmented on your face which is good since you don't want to look like a baboon...LOL

Hey girls ;D i'm celebrating my happiness for almost the end of my exams ;D haha last one is on friday but it's accounting so i got it...so im going to be giving smtn really special away!!

My two items ;D my rosebud salve was always getting lost in one of my bags...so i got me a HK tinted lip moisturizer...LOL i loveee this...i know everyone loves pink fish...but i love my popster ;D and i got a mineralize blush in Hot Planet. i've been aching for this for so long now...LOL and i gave into temptation and bought it ;x it's a mix of a taupey color and a shimmery bronzer almost like color...perfect for my tanned skin...LOL i loveee this! i got bestie a MB for her bday...so i really had to get me one...hahaha

Sooo prettttttyyyy =] Popster smells like ICE CREAM!! I WANNA EAT IT!!!

Now, this is the haul i did for bestie's bday ;D there are two fix+ b/c one of them was for me and another for her...LOL i didnt know if she would like the rose water or not...so i got her the regular one ;S

We were driving to Kings Plaza in Brooklyn when i found my daddy's VINTAGE Ray Ban's aviators...i asked him about them and he told me he got them around twenty years ago...LOL i asked if he knew what ray ban was...since he's an old fart chinese guy (tehehe) then he goes of course i know! i bought these before all you kids start wearing them looking cool these days! I also found a pair of Vintage Levi's in his closet when i was looking for my mom's sweater...but i'm not going to steal those...LOL

For mother's day, we had a balcony BBQ....only me, cuz, and cuz's girlfriend drove around to find a really nice grill..but we could only find this cheesy tabletop grill...sigh disappointment. haha my cuz is giving it a thumbs down...LOL

But hey, it still worked...LOL did the job...even though it took it forever...LOLLL

Anyways, it was me and Andrew's 3 year and 9 monthaversary...LOL yes we celebrate it every month even up till now...haha this first pic is old...last year i believe...but i love my dress =]

I also told him i've been looking for a pale pink dress...to wear on my bday...and he got me this! soooo sweet! a Marciano dress!!! it fits me perfectly!!!! OHHH I LOVE IT BUN!!! the tag says its made of SILK! SILK!!!! he got me a silk dress...omigosh bun!

To start off this super post, i shall show you guys my NYX Haul...and i got this before their 50% off everything sale...but i thought this was a better sale...LOL

OOO giant package...LOL they always wrap with such care...and you guys see my Rosebud Salve? I only use Smith's found at sephora...not the C.O. Bigelow one...LOL just my preferences...plus i use it for my chapped lips...as well as any rough skin...does wonders with out feeling greasy!

OOOO look at all of those tubies of luscious gloss...they are like in paint tubes...weird.

Diorshow Mascara in Noir I've always wanted to try some Dior products...but my wallet wouldn't let me...LOL so when they were having their special i splurged...;D These are actually my first full sized Dior products...yummyy ;D

My Dior Kiss lipgloss in 221 Fizzy Lemonade which is this ultra ultra shimmery almost taupe color that i've fallen in loveee with!! its sooo shimmery i LOVEEEE!!! and my Dior Ultra Gloss Reflect is in 157 Rose Jersey! Everyone loves this color on my lips cus it's not only reflective of any light that hits my lips, the tiny shimmers are amazing! LOVEEEEE

I'm wearing my rose jersey...the blurriness makes it more shimmery...its actually alot more shimmery in person! LOVEEE

My SA hooked me up!!! i bought three items and he gave me a free case, plus two full sized never before used testers! yummyyy i loveeeee the eyeshadow in black and white...perfect for smokey eyes and such...plus the pigmentation is crazy amazing. it only takes one swipe to get full color on the lids...yea i may be exagerating but it seems like that to me...lOL The lippie is in 589 Rose Movie...eh i feel indifferent about this lippie cus its kinda too purple for me...i like pinks...LOL

My free case!! i popped that sucker right open and poured in some makeup to take with me...HAHA ♥

Uhhh....shu uemura lash curler that i love, NYX trios, HK Mac, Revlon cream shadows...etc ;D

Ohhh i wanted to show you guys how Saint Germain looked on my lips...haha i dunno if its my tanned skin...or what cus this looks really BRIGHT!

Oh and i got my prize from my Mets Girl. I really didn't expect all that extras and i want to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! we do live really close so we should go out and try makeup and stuff soon!!! oh the lotion i LOVED cus it was organic...i needed something fresh and healthy for my skin! i've been itching to get one so thanks for putting it in! and thanks for the Book! i couldn't put it down! funny thing was my boyfriend asked me to pick out two beauty books and i saw this one but thought it was pricier than the other two i saw...so i didn't get it even though i really wanted to...so THANKSSSSSS ♥ I was soooo excited...still am hehehe ♥

And girl you must have read my mind cus i wanted to try Burt's Bees since i've never had one before and i wanted to know what the hype was all about...now i kinda know! they're fabulous! so THANK YOU AGAIN MEL!

On a seperate note...Me, Elizabeth, and Tamika decided to go to the movies...they love scary movies but since i'm a little chicken pie, haha i cant stand those movies, we watched OBSESSED instead...OMG BEYONCE YOU ARE A GREAT ACTRESS GIRL! and that lady from Heroes OMG GREATTTT ACTRESS! i thought that chick was really crazy...all in all, great movie, definately worth the $13 bucks hahaha ♥ especially chilling with my girls...thats another great part Mwahhh♥

Acting all silly outside the theater...and Tamika's oversized bag could fit about 15 of Paris Hilton's doggies in there...hahaha i could probably fit in there with them too!! hahaha ♥

If you got thick hips and big booties stick em out! i loveee you girls! plus when i walked ahead of them, Liz screamed out on the streets filled with new yorkers, "DAMN KATIE YOU GOT A NICE AND BIG ASS FOR A CHINESE GIRL!" -.-' thanks liz. thanks.

Haha and now...for my trip to the Poconos...this was the reason i wasn't able to post lately..haha not really...just an excuse...we drove down Friday morning thinking we could come back friday night...so we didn't pack anything. Sigh...so when everyone said they were staying over, me and the boyfriend spontaneously decided to stay as well...but we had NOTHING with us. Hahaha so we drove our asses to Walmart, and bought panties (1 for me...) LOL sleeping clothes, toothbrushes, towels, shower gels, etc. but it was the spontaneousness that made me sooo happy hehehe ♥ it was a fun trip ;D

We've been dating for about....3 years and 9 months but we've known each other for ten years. I'm really not sure what he finds attractive about me..hahaha bad to say...yet i dont really understand...but i will post our FULL story...soon...LOL just know this babes i LOVE you with all my heart and all my soul and that will never change. cus you are the only one who is willing to put up with all this bullshit i call my life...and you are willing to stand by me even though others have wished us to fall. for that i will continue loving you ♥ forever ;]

Another reason why i love him so much is he gets me things out of the blue. like...he came over to my house with a single lily stem...when i asked him why, he said just because. that was really sweet of him since i didnt expect anything and he knows something so simple and thoughtful tugs my heartstrings.

As you all may know i couldn't wait for this day for the whollleeee week!! so it's finally come and gone...so here's all my pics from Anita's bday ;]

I baked her a tree of cupcakes...in her favorite color...green ;d and i baked half a dozen mini cupcakes that Jolle decorated...LOL

Her fake present...LOL i thought this was funny cus i got her a few things...and told her e.l.f. was buy one get one free...and then she looked at me funny and told me it was ok..LOL

Her real gift...i'll go into depth about everything soon....but yea...lotsa mac and i also got her a mac pro palette not shown...LOL

I also made her sooooo many earrings...gosh took me a couple weeks...and got her this cute little earring holder...LOL

My scrapbooking background helped me make this four page card for her...LOL

Jolle, Wennie, and Anita were playing a chinese tile game with Alan's grandma...haha shes so cute she kept telling us to play with her...so they finally did...LOL

Hey girls! omg summer's coming and i'm itching to stop studying and spend a day at the park. Sadly, my allergies are keeping me indoors! i'm constantly wiping my nose and rubbing my eyes so makeup at this time of the year is a no no. BOOOO which is why i only use my favorite items...my LIPPIES!!

Went and got me a Saint Germain Lippie from MAC and the other thing that i was DYING to get for sooo long now...the tarte sugar lip exfoliator...been reading about this is item in soo many magazines...and everytime i went to sephora, i forgot about it...so i went just to get it two days ago...hahaha

oh right...i can get color....OUTTA THEIR BOXES AND LOOKIN BEAUTIFUL!!!

I loveeee the way they designed it...when you take off the cap, the mirror POPS out...this is such a life saver since i'm always scrambling to find a mirror...

There are two sides...the orangey tan looking side is the sugar exfoliator. when i rub it on my lips, it feels kinda raw...but then i flip the lippie around to the balm side and it instantly soothes it....LOVEEEE ♥

I went to this new store on 8th ave in brooklyn's chinatown...and saw this cute little BB cream that you could hang onto your cell phone...haha for only $5...so i decided...heck why not give it a try...its only 5 bucks...versus...alot more hahaha

Lace, Satin, Cashmere, Silk....such pretty names...and the scent isn't overpowering. it smells just right...a very fruity set....and the full sizes comes in a packaging that their name describes...like lace comes in a lace pouch, satin in a satin pouch...etc

My Mini Haulage ;D My sis wanted some appletini items so i bought her the two sprays and you guys know how much i LOVEEE VS cosmetics...so i got two new pushing lippie things...it looked so cool and it was so pretty...yes i caved. LOL

As you can see, they are very pigmented and look very nice even without a primer or base.

Review Grade:

A+ for VS lippies...they are so discrete they look like little pens. it goes on really easily and stays for a great amount of time...my love for victorias secret continues x]
A+ for Maybelline since I've loved them since High school...actually the Creme De Cocoa i got maybe 5-7 years ago...yet it hasn't fallen apart and still remains the same consistency...so A+ for their durability! After all these years, it only went up $0.50 so it stayed a great deal!

Anyways guys i will try to blog more often...hahaha but that isn't a promise yet ;D

I went to Walgreens with the Bf and i bought a few things....just a few =]

I actually waited on getting the stilletos...i wanted to see what the hype was about..and i was running out of my fav mascara, the collossal.

haha it's four in the morning and i cannot sleep...so i will do a quickie post about my Bestieeee =]]

Lol if you see this Lum and you DONT like any of the pics...too friggin bad!! xD Let's see...we met when we were...both in HS but different ones...so we met by chance at this afterschool job thingie...umm...can't say we kicked it off to a fine start...i thought she was a dumb redhead (she had red hair back then) and she thought i was a bitch and had an attitude problem...(which i believe she believes i still have) but we chilled maybe once...and we flew off to a great friendship =] haha we even both "admired" the same guy for a short period of time...but tough times didn't last...tough people do =D ehh...lets see...shes a die hard nerd. around midterm and finals season we CANNOT in any way get into contact with her...she musta fell off the side of the earth or something...ehhh...oh all my makeup fanaticism...yea blame her ;9 hahaha i never was much of the typical "makeup whore" in high school...but this bitch introduced me to all different types of makeup...and i was hooked...and my boyfriend calls her the evil one...cus i wouldn't be spending much money on makeup if it wasn't for her ;d hehehe....lets see...her bf and my bf have a really close relationship...so close that sometimes...me and her think that our bfs are dating each other instead of us =] hats off to you alan and andrew ;D ehh...i always call her to vent...and she gives the greatest advice....just not after 10pm cus its her sleeping time...bitch is old yet she still has a bedtime ??? hmmm...yea theres not much people i'd kill for...yet i would for this one...i guess shes one in a million =] we make sarcastic jokes, get into each other's hair, argue about unnecessary things...yet at the end of the day, i got her back and she got mine...cus bestie i love you =] and no matter what happens i'll always be there for you and keep on loving you! no homo tho. LOL did i mention i still love her even though she constantly cracks jokes about my weight? thats real love right there!

BTW....the weird thing is...we planned to get married to ur guys in the SAME YEAR and the SAME MONTH without telling each other...and when we found out we were like...wtf that is freaky....but yea...i had more stuff to ramble about...but...feeling kinda sleepy...so tomorrow will post more MAKEUP stuff =] PLUSSSSS my lovely Nu sent me a love note...so i shall post that too!

Sooo...my dresser top was getting a little messy...so i decided to clean it...and put my FAVORITE VS makeup in it's own little special organizer =]

Messy messy messy!!! all my makeup my giant mirror, sunglasses, etc.

All the rest of my makeup =] stuck in that giant organizer mabob, fits all my single/duo eyeshadows, and palletes...basically, all eyes in there....

rest of the stuff....and my favorite scent...HAPPY FIZZ by moschino ;D so to the right is where i decided to put all my victoria's secret makeup x]

OOOOO what a cutie organizer! and its stackable...and move around able! unlike my other drawer organizers...LOL

sighhh gotta do this fast! I have sooooo much HW due tomorrow...but i thought i would give the girlies a little glimpse into what would come tomorrow and feb 12! they released it early in the NYC so i got lucky! Bought all of these on Friday the 6th =] Could you believe that Mac employees have to pay full price for the Hello Kitty products? wrong i tell you! My friend Judith at the Mac Counter at 34th street said that they had to pay full till they see how it sells. afterwards, they could get a discount...on the unsold items? WRONG!

Maybelline Dream Mousse

Today, my review will be on the Maybelline dream mousse shadows, shimmer, and one blush. I realized that my posts are a little long....soooo, i will shorten them...LOL by not putting sooo much pics on! I loveee taking pics so this might be a challenge for me...sooo...here goes!

Review Grade: B-
The colors are beautiful, but they are somewhat sheer. You have to put about 2-3 layers to get the color to show. Also, you cannot use a brush for this. You have to smooth it over with your finger. Also, It is somewhat lumpy. you have to really smooth it over a couple of times. This would work well as a color base or to top of eyelids with some color. I guess that's the reason why it wasnt selling very well. I still like it though cus the colors are soooo pretty <3 =]

Completing Prestige haul, plus 99 cents store!

So I went back to the drugstore and got some more items, and on the way, i stopped by the 99 cents store to pick up a couple of nail polish!

Got 4 jordana Nail polishes, 2 sally hansen, two iQuads by prestige, a liqiuid eyeliner from Prestige, Modlash, minerals eyeshadow by Prestige, a lipstick in fire shine from covergirl, and a lippie from Revlon! Oh and a whole bunch of valentines day stickersss!!

Sally hansen white nail polish with Jordanan polish in barely pink. Cuteeeee <3

Silver, Electric Blue, Pink Pearl, and Barely Pink <3 sooo worth it for 1 buck! Oh and my prestige eyeliner in Pop Star!

I loved the cream lip liner so much i went back and bought another one! this time in calla!

three iQuads that i got....i dont really like them! they were sooo sheer and it was just horrible to put on! maybe as a shimmery top layer would work but they wouldn't work by themselves!

my two favorite lippies in the world!!!!! The covergirl shine label and the revlon renewist works sooo well on my lips! Review will follow shortly!!! <33333

Soooo...this is my minerals eyeshadows!!!! They are sooooo pretty! works a million times better than the iQuads!

Prestige Haul!! Review!!

Well, went to the drugstore and they were having a sale on Prestige cosmetics and I've never used them so I decided to haul some and try it =]

I got 10 lipsticks, two lipliners, one kabuki brush, and an eyeshadow quad. Getting more tomorrow!!

My Quad is named iQuad in Playback...LOL pretty green, purple, pink, and ivory. Swatching tomorrow!!

This kabuki isn't as soft as I thought. Don't really like it.

Two lipliners, One cream and the other regular pencil. Cream is in Wild Orchid and pencil one is in Darling.

I LOVEEEE the cream liner, I am indifferent about the pencil one.

I lovee these lipsticks!!! the color goes on SOOOOO WELL!! and they are soooo pigmented!! i tried one...and i decided to get 9 more hehehe ;D Smooth application!!

the pretty pretty bottoms...I LOVE the way they look! such attractive packaging!

All the beautiful colors!!! I love their names!!

Well for those who are wondering...what on earth is girl about town? It is my FAVORITE shade of M.A.C. lipstick!

Ooooo pretty packaging!

Sniff...used so much...such a pretty pink color! Even after you wipe it off, it gives a little stained look on your lips! Then you could put clear lip gloss over your stained lips and it would look like a shimmery pink gloss! Soo cute!

Elizabeth Arden FREEBIE!

Recently at Macy's you can buy $24.50 worth of products and they give you a packet of products for free. I bought a green tea perfume for my mom and I got these things!

Cute right? I loved how two of the make up were full sized items. Really cute inside a spring looking baggie!

It came with an anti-aging cream, full size mascara, full sized lipstick in teaberry shimmer, 3 in 1 exfoliating primer, some oils for the face..and a cute little eye shadow quad!

So this is what the quad looks like. It reminds me of spring time...we need some warm weather since it's been snowing for the past few days in NYC...and plus...i got sick =[

I love the colors! It comes with that cute little applicator and a pretty big mirror as well as four different eyeshadows.

Swatches! They would look sooo pretty on your eyelids with primers!

Full Size Mascara included...this is a really really great mascara becuase it doesn't clump up the lashes and it makes them look so much longer. It doesn't make my lashes look fuller though.

The Before................and After pics! Soo much lengthening!

As you can maybe already tell, I really like this lipstick. The name is sooo cute (teaberry Shimmer xD) and it glides onto my lips! The coverage is really nice since i didnt have to swipe it on my lips like ten times to get some color. Oooo Pretty!

I like how they keep the young people and older people in mind. When they put together this freebie, they put things that both younger and older women would enjoy like the oils and the cute shade of lipstick. The Quad was my favorite since the colors were soo pretty and neutral. Overall, it was a great deal as a freebie for only a $24.50 purchase.

Benefit Primpcess!

First review for my blog will be on Benefit Primpcess. This is from their holiday collection.So this is what the front of it looks like. Sorry that the pic is not as clear.

A little look-see in the insides...hehe i used the boi-ing concealer so much =]

Close up you see the three eyeshadows, two brushes, concealer, eye brightener, cream shadow, and my mascara!

It even comes with lessons on how to use the products!

Swatches of all of the products. I like to use the eye bright in the corner of my eyes near my tear ducts because it makes my eyes POP. I use the concealer as a primer for eyeshadow because it works really well and it keeps the shadows on. The creaseless cream shadow is really good as a base since it gives that nice shimmer. It could also be a good highlight. As for the three shadows, I haven't used them yet so if i do, i will take pics.

I really like this mascara because it makes my lashes seem so much longer and thicker. The big brush makes it very easy to reach each and every lash and it stays on for a long time without smudging. I definately will buy the regular size for this.

So this is the big brush. It doesnt seem like it here but it actually is bigger than most of my mascara brushes. really easy to use and it holds alot of the product on it. Now, as for the brushes, blogger doesnt seem to let me upload that pic so...I will just explain it. The concealer brush is very stiff and sturdy and it works well for concealer but also an eye liner brush. The Talent brush is a softer version of the concealer brush and I use it to put some cream shadows on. The fluff shadow works really well as a shadow brush since as it's name says, it is fluffy and it could pack on a lot of product.

Thats me wearing the bad gal lash, R.S.V.P as base, and a hint of boi-ing as primer. I also used the dark brown shadow for the bottom edge of my eyes. As for the shadow on my lids, they are victoria's secret beauty rush but they will be for next time!

Review Grade: A-
The minus is for not having the concealer in a jar since it seems to dry out a little bit every time i try to use it. But all in all, it is a great product!
